SAAM Terminals reports organizational changes at SVTI and ATI
SAAM Terminals reported organizational changes at two of its ports.
The first is San Vicente Terminal Internacional, where the company has a 50% shareholding, and where Juan Pablo Santibáñez will take over as the new general manager as of November 15.
Santibáñez has an undergraduate degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, a certificate in operational excellence from the Kaizen Institute and a certificate in people management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has a solid track record in the maritime sector, holding various executive positions over the past decade, most recently as general manager of Antofagasta Terminal Internacional (ATI).
The Board of Directors of ATI, in which SAAM Terminals has a 35% stake, has already begun the process of selecting a new general manager and will communicate the result of this process shortly.
